Josh: Convert a 3TB drive to GPT to access its full capacity.  If you have a drive that is larger than 2TB, Windows might not be able to recognize the extra capacity. You can access the full capacity on one partition though if you convert the disk from MBR to GPT. This video shows you how easy it is.
