Summary: Judy Smith and Rich Low from the Long’s Park Amphitheater Foundation join me for a conversation about the amphitheater and their legendary summer concert series. Judy is the Executive Director and Rich is serving his second term as the foundation's Music Director. Each summer, the foundation brings thirteen free concerts to Lancaster on Sunday evenings for thousands and thousands of fans. 2012 marks the 50th anniversary for both the amphitheater and the music series, and to celebrate the foundation is sponsoring a fundraising campaign called Put a Candle on the Cake.
