Summary: Kathryn is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with an 18 year background in somato-emotional release - body/energy work. She is announcing a dynamic, tremendously effective therapy which enables individuals to make quantum leaps forward in releasing traumas, memories, and beliefs held in body tissues. These prevent living life to the fullest slow the progress of therapy. Kathryn’s work safely and gently allows these memories to come to awareness so that they can be learned from and released. This therapy honors mind, body and spirit. Kathryn’s body/energy work is effective as it enables individuals and to move beyond everyday consciousness or linear thinking to what lies below, locked in body tissues, previously too difficult to be processed. You will unravel mental patterns underlying emotional and physical dis-ease. When the most wounded parts can come out of hiding and be received in love, compassion, and understanding; when pain and loss can be validated, grieved and released, true healing can occur. Kathryn’s Therapeutic Programs include “therapeutic interviews” coupled with body/energy work, creating recognition of what was buried in a safe, experiential healing session.
