Summary: This week I’m joined by a special guest who attended the Crossfit Games down in Carson, CA. He gives us his take on what it was like to be there, and I cover what it was like to watch the action at home and online. Some calamity ensues. UPDATE: In my sleep deprived state I completely forgot to discuss the ESPN3 coverage of the event, which was incredible. I may add on to this week’s recording to convey just how great Heather Bergeron’s commentary was, and overall how good things looked/sounded on ESPN3.
