As I begin our First Podcast Episode, I thought it was appropriate to share with you how I caught my first fish. This might help you to learn a little more about myself and passion for fishing here in the Texas Coastal Bend and beyond. Back in 1968 I caught my first fish at Lake Shasta in Northern California while on a family vacation. I was 8 years old and I caught this lake trout while trolling around an island. Seemed that this was the best way to keep my interest up. The real fishing story is getting ready to go fishing. This week are guests include: Captain Filip Spencer known for his kayak fishing.
