Summary: Mr. Gene Merkl is the Pesticide Safety Education Coordinator and manages the Pesticide Applicator Certification Program for MSU Extension. Gene recently had a training session scheduled at the Delta Research and Extension Center in Stoneville. While he was in Stoneville, Gene took a few minutes to discuss his program with Tom and Jason in the Crop Doctors’ Podcast studio. The program has recently undergone a significant overhaul.
