LSU Tigers defeat Tennessee Vols in College World Series, advance to take on Wake Forest

Summary: Paul Skenes and the LSU Tigers took down the Tennessee Volunteers in Game 1 in Omaha to advance to take down #1 overall seed Wake Forest Demon Deacons in the men's College World Series. Skenes was spectacular, as usual, against Tennessee striking out 12 Volunteers and throwing 123 pitches in 7 and two thirds innings.
