Summary: The Los Angeles Angels take game 1 against the New York Yankees on Tuesday night with a 5-2 win! The Halos looked like a much better team in terms of offense and defense, though Jose Suarez's third rough start in a row did not inspire confidence. Fortunately, Shohei Ohtani, Mike Trout, Hunter Renfroe, and Anthony Rendon were able to give the Angels a lead that the bullpen didn't give up, and smart defense in the field from Zach Neto kept the game from being busted open.
