At age 25, he became a licensed tile contractor (because you have to have a license for it in California). However, his business never took off – he knew a lot about tile but not a lot about business. After leaving tile installation for a while he got back into it in 2012 and luckily it was better (not perfect but better)!<br> <br> Even though he wasn’t making a ton of money, he was making double what his competition was. It was because like Luke they knew their stuff when it came to tile, but operating their business was much harder.
