Summary: (00:00-20:38) – Wednesday’s show begins with a statement on the events yesterday in Texas then a look at Today’s Headlines as Dan plays and reacts to some audio on the NFL Draft combine staying in Indy, the Chicago Cubs performance against the Cincinnati Reds, and the Dallas Maverick’s three point performance against the Golden State Warriors along with a leaky roof. (20:39-35:05) – What The Hell Wednesday with Dan as he talks about the wrong prisoner getting released, a British rapper setting a world record for longest freestyle rap, a 70 year old gun-slinging grandma defending herself from a home intruder,  and a drag show taking place at a public high school in Iowa. Dan then fields a call on the Warriors bench performance last night and if Kerr should have kept them on the floor. (35:06-44:01) – The first hour ends with Dan talking about people thinking that the Golden State Warriors game 4 was fixed to increase the NBA’s revenue.   (44:02-1:05:29) – IndyCar Driver and Inianapolis 500 participant Alex Palou of Team Penske joins the show to talk about his experience in past Indy 500 races and the difference racing and interacting with fans this year makes. Dan brought up Palou’s racing background, starting in go-kart racing at age 5 and growing into a legitimate Indy 500 contender. (1:05:30-1:21:29) – IndyCar Driver and Indianapolis 500 participant Will Power also of Team Penske joins the show. They start out talking about Will’s 2018 victory in the Indy 500 and how it stacks up as being the greatest achievement of his career. They transition into the pressure of racing for a team owned by Roger Penske. Power details the process of watching race film and how they use it to improve their performance. Dan then questions Power on his drumming skills and if he’d ever been invited on stage with a big band. (1:21:30-1:26:11) – Dan ends the second hour of the show by hyping folks up about A Night at The Fan Cave on June 22nd, 2022. (1:26:12-1:48:23) – Seth Greenberg joins and informs Dan that he is in Miami and will be attending game five of the Heat and Celtics post-season matchup. They breakdown the post season matchups and what is making each team work at this point in the playoffs. The importance of role players on teams like Andrew Wiggins for the Warriors. They then go back and forth over different coaching strategies they have tried over the years with different teams. (1:48:24-1:59:55) – Dan breaks the news that Marianne Stanley was fired as head coach from the WNBA’s Indiana Fever. Then begins to discuss the aftermath of Desaun Watson’s accusers speaking out on HBO. Dan talks about how Baker Mayfield needs to be doing more to get ready and potentially save his NFL career. (1:59:56-2:16:26)– Jimmy Cook deliver’s his plays of the day. Producer Eddie Garrison then steps in to also deliver some sports bets that he will be taking tonight in the NBA post season and baseball.
