The Arvinas company has developed a means to specifically target specific proteins for degradation, exploiting a system called ubiqitination.  Ubiqutin is a small molecular tag that sentences tagged proteins for degradation. Dr. John Houston is the CEO of Arvinas, and he describes the company’s progress in this exciting area of research and development. We discuss the technology, the progress, and the Arvinas pipeline.
