Summary: We return with something from Hong Kong? Yep two movies in a franchise of movies, shows and books called A Chinese Ghost Story. These movies we picked are comedy, horror, drama, romance with tons of Kung Fu action and some wild stuff. This week we review A Chinese Ghost Story (1987) about a you tax collector who stumbles upon a temple where a ghost lives. He doesn't realize this but he falls in love with her and doesn't realize the consequences of doing so. Then we continue the franchise with A Chinese Ghost Story 2 (1990) Which continues the adventures of Choi San going home only to find his town is over run by cannibals and is immediately mistaken for a criminal by roving law enforcement. He meets a woman strangely like the one he met in part 1. These movies were a lot of fun to watch and review this week. We hope you join us in these wild movies.
