It’s as if we’re losing the ability to remain neutral and party independent when trying to serve our customers. At the slightest signal of disagreement, consumers are ready to boycott against a brand. And conversations have devolved into battle royales of epic proportions played out in real time in the media and social media with everyone sharing an opinion simply because they can.
