Summary: In Ep. 33, Final Closing cannot be scheduled until all warranties/guarantees and material take-offs are received. The Final Closing Checklist indicates the number of originals and/or copies of each deliverable that are required. Following the completion of the Share Issue, the Company will also implement the Placing Programme, which will close on the Final Closing Date (or such earlier date as the Company may determine in its sole and absolute discretion). A Final Closing date acceptable to all parties shall be set, contingent upon the parties’ prior submission to HUD of all required items and HUD’s approval of same. The allotment and issue of New Ordinary Shares under the Placing Programme shall be at the discretion of the Directors, and may take place at any time prior to the Final Closing Date ( you can follow me on Instagram- Sattyam03)
