Summary: The Wanderers #12 (1989) This is an infamous book where a group of superhero clones/scientists jet around the universe to help ensure evolution and life on other planets. We think. Not entirely sure on that. There’s also a planet of people who look like they only use the Joker’s makeup products from the first BATMAN movie.
