Summary: Incredible Hulk #267 (1982) Rick Jones gets Bruce all riled up over a rainbow in the dark (shout-out to DIO), turning him into Hulk and sending him on a rampage in a desert town. Golden Bruce Springsteen shows up to grant a bunch of wishes to the townsfolk, including a cop becoming a different cop with a different hat.
