Summary: Work and the location and people with whom it gets done can be such a source of fulfillment and connection. Yet, it often presents frustration, misunderstandings, and grievances. Part of the problem is that companies don’t have a viable culture that supports open communication when things go awry – people don’t feel comfortable sharing their hurts and disappointments.
