Summary: When we let other people’s opinions about what we SHOULD do control our decisions, they’re “driving our bus”. In this episode, I dive into why so many of us let someone less qualified than us drive our bus. When we do this, we exclude ourselves from experiencing the side journeys and fascinating explorations that would help us grow and evolve and become the person we want to be. There will always be other people we know and respect who will think that some of the choices we want to make are wrong. They don’t understand that it’s exactly those choices we NEED to make to find out more about own values, passions and interests, step into our natural magnificence, and chart our own unique paths. Other people’s objections, no matter how earnest or filled with conviction, have nothing to do with us and everything to do with them. We can love all the people in our lives AND not let them drive our bus. My mission in this podcast is to help you find the freedom to become who you want.
