She had the opportunity to attend undergraduate at Elmira College and graduate school at Howard University, so she moved to the states for her education.</p><p> </p><p>Elan started her private practice, The Speech Tool-Box, LLC in 2018 after spending time working in schools. She has enjoyed every minute of creating a practice that serves her community and her lifestyle.
