Even recently, I have seen that there are entrepreneurs that do not have clarity in their business. You should be able to: Cleary say what you do Clearly say what you offer Clearly say who you serve Clearly state your boundaries This is the shortlist but that clarity will help you to have a better customer journey and peace of mind. Without that clarity, you will find yourself swaying back and forth with each client. This is NOT the place where you want to be as an entrepreneur. EVER!
