Summary: <p>This is a 5 minute Quick Take episode that highlights a great piece of advice shared by Scott Randall (Oakley) in Episode 18 of Dream Job Ready. </p><p>(If you haven't listened to Scott's interview, go check it out!). </p><p>Scott has worked with Oakley for over 16 years and is currently the brand's Director of Global Category Strategy for Oakley Sunglasses.
