We call these ‘super-fans.’ Remember: ‘People who pay, pay attention. People who invest, invest back.’<br> <br> Turn attention into your audience.<br> <br> Attention doesn’t make you any money. The goal is to turn attention into audience. The true magic of the membership model is that you still have to turn that member and the group of members around them into a community. This is where your liveable income comes into play.<br> <br> Don’t teach everything you know.<br> <br> Your content is usually what starts most memberships. Your online business is not about the content, don’t give it all away in your curated content blueprint! Let people ask questions, let other people in your online community them as well.
