Summary: <p>"All our tools and our spiritual exercises specifically are meant to advance us into a new level of awareness. But I often compare it to like if you wanted to travel cross country, right? Like you probably first get in an airplane because that's going to take you the farthest, the fastest, right? So maybe at first it's like a very disciplined meditation practice for you and that's the airplane. That's what's going to get you the farthest, the fastest, but the like the airplane can't take you all the way to your precise destination. So then you've got to get out and change vehicles." -Andi Scarbrough</p> <p>In this episode we're talking a little bit more about spiritual practices and how we can do something the same way for such a long time and it'll get us to a certain place.
