He eventually left media to take a dream job at Rip Curl, in 2003, and has now been with the surfing company, steering the brand's marketing agenda, for over 17 years... </span></p><p><span class="ql-font-serif"> We cover plenty in this interview. We discuss Neil’s role at Rip Curl and what it takes to get a job and be successful with the brand. We talk about the importance of saying Yes to opportunities… and then building up the type of experience and cred that allows you to knock back some in the future.
