Summary: Man wakes up in the morning where the world jumps on to his awareness. In deep sleep man is with his serene true nature. But re-remembering that true nature in the waking state is called meditation. The goal is for this true nature, clouded by sense perception and world induced concepts, to re-emerge and express itself. For this to happen, one needs to practice re-remembering this pure state of being. Do this to the Re-remembrance Meditation.
