Now that most of us are over the initial shock of the #pandemic and we're coming to realise that life will never be the same after #COVID-19 it's a natural time to be asking what's next. Ask yourself: How would I reopen a closed business in 12-months time? How would I hire people and pay their wages? In my view if people are prepared to work hard, give their all and #goallin they should be rewarded not just with good wages and conditions but with a bigger opportunity for ownership. I want you to start thinking about how you would do things, how you can help get people back to work because the most important thing that we can all do is come together to get the economy back on its feet and people back into jobs.
