Summary: We take an episode to sit down with Garrett and Luke from Streetside Brewery to explore one of my favorite sides of their personality - the sour side. They're cranking out some incredible Barrel Aged Sour beers, and we wanted to explore what makes them tackle such an unpredictable side of brewing.
