Summary: Vic Piano is the Founder of the Cigar City Concours d’Elegance, now in its second year. His life has been all things automotive that started with his launch of an automotive publication titled Part Finder, back in 1975. In 1980 he produced, directed, and syndicated the International Show Car Association for television.
