Morning Routine:  * As soon as you wake up do 3-4 rounds of retention breathing. (30-40 inhales, hold on exhale, inhale again for 10-15 sec) 4th round can be on hold and squeeze.  * Cold Shower always start and end cold. Stay until you feel comfortable. Pay attention to your breathe on each exhale slow it down as much as you can.  2. Pay attention to your body awareness s and feel it expand. (you can start with your hands)  3. Pay attention to the silence behind noice and go deeper and deeper into subtle, slow "ocean" like realms.  4. Bonus pay attention to light (flicker or beam) from your forehead.  If using mantras, the most effective I found the universal truths:  Inhale "I" Exhale "Essence". (repeat as needed feel response in your body.  Another one Inhale "I AM" Exhale "Pure Love", Inhale "I am" Exhale "Infinite", Inhale "I am" Exhale "Eternal".  System Reset:  Tap into the waters in your body.
