Joe's Tango podcast show

Summary: My guest today is both a dancer and a writer. Originally from Los Angeles, she has spent a considerable amount of time living in France and Mexico. She also spent 11 years living in Buenos Aires, where she immersed herself in the dance scene... and as you can imagine, spent a lot of time dancing, learning, and teaching tango. In 2006, she was a finalist in the Buenos Aires Tango Championships. As a writer, she's published articles on dance, books, travel, and international culture. Her works have appeared in magazines, professional journals, and anthologies, including Solamente en San Miguel and Chicken Soup for the Soul: Reboot Your Life. Her two published books include Arabesque: Dancing on the Edge in Los Angeles, and The Church of Tango: a Memoir. Her third book, which completes her memoir trilogy, is called Intoxicating Tango: My Years in Buenos Aires. It is finished, and will be released in November 2019. Let's meet Cherie Magnus...
