Summary: Rhonda Taylor loves hockey. She learned to play as a kid and that passion continued throughout much of her adult life. But she readily admits that her toughest competition wasn’t the other skaters, but societal norms. Girls just don't play hockey! Then she saw the same gender inequality in the workplace. Rhonda is now fighting to change that.
