Summary: How To Import Emails in XgenPlus XgenPlus allows a user to import or migrate the mailbox from the mail id within an organization or from any third party hosted email account like (gmail, hotmail etc) that supports IMAP. Importing emails enables a user to view and access migrated emails and folders on XgenPlus email server. Steps To Import Email In XgenPlus Step 1: At the top right, click “Settings”. Select the “Import Mails” from the list. Select “Import Mails“ and a window will appear. Step 2: Add Email from which you want to import Emails into this Email Account and click on “Continue”. Step 3: Enter the password and click on “Continue”. NOTE: If the third party runs on SSL then “Enable SSL” and write the SSL port number as 993. Step 4: Now click on “Start Import”. A message will pop up with the message about the time the system will take to import your messages on XgenPlus emails server. Important Points: All folders including customs folders, default folders and emails get imported in their respective folders. Importing of emails does not delete the emails from the source mailbox.
