Allow others to send emails from your mail ID To give access or permission to other users to send an email on your behalf in XgenPlus one can follow these steps- Click on 'Compose Mail' option in XgenPlus mail account. Select "From" tab to add other Email Id. Click on "Other Email Ids". After selecting the other email id option a message box will open, where user can enter Name and Email Address of the person who is delegating his email sending authority. Click "Next Step" button. Send the Email ID for verification by clicking "Send Verification" button. Once the other user (whose mail id is sent for verification) verifies the sender, the sender can now use his Mail ID to send emails. Enter the Verification Code received at the Mail ID which you want to verify and click on 'Verify' option. Once verified, the user will get these options: Add a signature to all messages- user can add a signature to all emails. Set as default- user can set shared email as a default email address. Save in (shared email address) sent folder- Email will be saved on the sent folder of the user. By clicking on Update option user settings will be updated in the system. User can now send E-mails on behalf of the verified Mail ID. NOTE: The emails will be received to the Inbox where the mail ID is actually configured. Mails can only be sent if the actual owner of the Mail ID verifies you. How To Edit/ Delete Existing Email Address: User can also Edit or Delete the existing email ids, that has used to send emails.
