Max was born in Belgium and started coding at the age of 6, started working in IT at the age of 16 and by the time he was 18 he was running his own successful award-winning web design business. Max enjoyed success early on with a social network built for high net worth individuals. Back in the day he was up against Facebook and the likes and managed to gain enough traction to scale the business to more than 5 million euro in just 2-years. Shortly after that it was sold. Max has seen and participated in it all in the IT space over the last 20-years. He was there in the early days building websites in HTML and as you will hear was part of the revolution to develop social media. Max has held senior IT and marketing positions for some of the Australia's largest companies and has been part of all sorts of start ups including digital advertising, social media and wearables.
