Summary: Ben Herden is a veteran of the Mortgage industry here in Australia. He first acquired his Mortgage Choice franchise back in 1999 when the industry was in its infancy and was in some ways was still the wild west. Leaving a secure corporate job and diving head first into a business with no experience was no small feat, and Ben quickly realised that his new venture was going to require him to roll up his sleeves and hustle harder than ever before. Some quick wins early on solidified his decision to take the leap into business and before he knew it he was in a steady upward gradient with more and more clients and the ever increasing challenges faced by a new business owner. Distraction and other opportunities created chaos for a while but amongst that chaos were some incredible business and life lessons that have set him up for additional success. Ben has gone all in many times in his life, and although he is humble and would say that he just did what needed to be done, I would say that he has been all in from the very start!
