The title, Incident Management Principals and Practical Application is the name of an eight hour course I thought of and that friends and colleagues of mine created as a way to provide the "meat and potatoes" one normally gets from the five-day O-305 All Hazards Incident Management course. Distilling a five-day course into eight hours was a great opportunity to provide critical basic foundational incident management skills to a large audience of public health, social services and private sector attendees.
