On what scale are your bringing value: Relational, Educational, Business Development, Marketing? When you lock on to value, you lock on to confidence. Call reluctance disappears when you lock on to value. — Begin to measure how much value you are actually bringing. If you are lacking in bringing value, think of solutions that you can bring to the relationship to even the scales of value. Value is the #1 differentiator of top producers versus the rest.
