Summary: Awareness precedes change. Without becoming aware of a problematic habit, you don’t know why you need to get rid of it. Pretty simple right? Due to a recent update to iOS, I became painfully aware of my phone usage and screen time. After discovering a shocking number regarding my daily phone usage a change had to be made.
