Summary: Maja Kazazic is an internationally recognized motivational speaker and genocide survivor. Originally from former Yugoslavia, Maja’s home was destroyed by genocide that killed 250,000 people and injured millions. At the age of 16, she was severely injured when a bomb went off, killing her five friends in front of her. Her leg had to be amputated--without anesthesia.
