Summary: Technology is an art of manipulating our experience in order to achieve desired outcomes. Since all there is, is mind, all technology is simply a manipulation of the mind, or its nothing but technology of mind. The lowers layers of the mind are more accessible at this time and have been mastered to some degree, however the higher layers are generally unknown to most and remain under developed. Perhaps the technology of the mind was highly advanced in distant past, especially the higher layers, but was lost. Fortunately, it seems that we are on a rising curve once again.
