"Original recording of climbing the stairs of the Duomo cathedral is playing through the entire track, resonates with my Eurorack modular gear to create a drone pad and with some delay for occasional rhythm. I was trying to achieve the impression of a slow, constant ascension from the reverberant darkness of the cathedral interior to the bright light of day on the top."
