Summary: Sam Webb is the co-founder of the the mental health organisation and charity,Livin. The core of their mission is to break the stigma around mental health through fashion, events and the delivery of education programs into schools across Australia. Their motto is, “it aint weak to speak”.<br> <br> He’s also a professional speaker and  is passionate about helping people and organisations understand the importance of wellness and vulnerability.<br> <br> Sam is also an actor and has appeared on shows such as Neighbours and was a star on the reality TV show, Survivor. He’s really bold and passionate about pursuing his acting career massively and we chat about this a lot towards the end of this episode and we have a few good laughs ,as I  put him on the spot to practice his American accent for us. It was a cracker, because he’s got a good ol Aussie twang like myself.<br> <br> We do have some fun in this episode, but we kick it off going pretty deep straight away and he vulnerably opens up about some deep and dark times in his life.
