Alan is a lawyer in the UK with <a href="https://hughjames.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">law firm Hugh James</a>. Felicia is an author whose latest work is coincidentally titled <a href="https://nesiesplace.wordpress.com/2016/08/29/best-interest-debut-novel/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">In The Best Interest of the Child</a>.<br> The ‘And I Thought Ladies’ is made up on several ladies. On today’s episode, the ladies that appeared were:<br> Scarlett Black – Ms. Black was in an abusive relationship where she had knives put to her throat. Since then she has dedicated her life to assisting those suffering from domestic abuse, by providing escape plans and opening her own home as a safe place for the abused and their children.<br> <br> Wilnona – Married at a young age and was in a severely emotional &amp; financially abusive relationship. Her life was put in danger multiple times along with having all her funds and family business stolen by her spouse. After escaping the relationship, Wilnona took ten years to fight repressed memories and rebuild her self esteem.<br> <br> Credentials: She has received numerous awards including the “Courageous Survivor Award” for her work with abuse victims. When she finally fought back she was arrested and tried as the abuser. The system completely failed her.
