Tero Isokauppila | Mushroom Magic

Summary: Four Sigmatic founder Tero Isokauppila is an expert in all things mushroom. He grew up on his family’s farm in Finland and began foraging mushrooms at an early age. Then, he went on to earn a degree in chemistry and plant-based nutrition before founding his functional mushroom company Four Sigmatic. Tero was chosen as one of the world’s Top 50 Food Activists by the Academy of Culinary Nutrition and has authored two books.
