This month we're on the hunt for the illusive and deadly subarachnoid hemorrhage. It's fearsome headache is enough to fell a full grown man in a matter of seconds! Many diseases try to mimic the beast but few can match the sheer killing force of this suprisingly tiny aneurysmal bleed. We'll do our best to catch one but these little guys are crafty. Armed with only a set of decision rules and a CT scanner, I plan to sneak up on it and poke it with this here spinal needle! Crikey!
