Escaping the Real Estate Investment Newbie Zone show

Summary: In this episode of Escaping The REI Newbie Zone Chris talks about how to get your real estate investing career started part time while still working a full time job. Many people start off in real estate while working a full time job, so this limits their time they have to put into the business. Also starting off typically a lot of people have little to no resources. But this shouldn’t stop you from getting started.
Their are several ways you can still get your business up and going and profiting. For instance joint venturing with other investors. Either bringing buyers to the table (which is fairly simple) or bringing a deal to other investors who have buyers. Joint venturing works great because it takes some of the pressure off of you, and also you’re able to reap the benefits of someone else who’s a little more experienced. You’ll be learning and earning at the same time.
Also you need to properly allocate time to your business. This could be from cutting back hours of watching TV or your favorite show on Netflix. You only need to spend about 1-2 hours a day on your business when starting to get it going. So tune into this episode as Chris goes deep on how to profit in real estate while still working a job full time.
Resources mentioned on podcast = Free Joint Venture Contract
Text the word JVPROFIT to 33444 to get instant access

To subscribe to Escaping The Real Estate Investing Newbie Zone Podcast, just use the links below:
Click here to Subscribe via iTunes
Click here to Subscribe via RSS Feed
