There’s a couple of things you can do.<br> Number one you should be vetting out the cash buyer, getting more information about how many houses they bought in the past, do the buy from wholesalers on the regular, etc. You can opt to a double closing on the house if you don’t want them to know how much you’re making on the deal. Also you can use a memorandum contract to get recorded to clog up the title.
