Summary: Mathew Burgart is very intelligent and comes from an extremely smart family however he really did not have any parental guidance while growing up. So he used his incredible intelligence to see how much trouble he could get into...and it was A LOT and sooner or later the law finally caught up with him and created his record with the law.
