Couple only stay at AKL-Jambo House.<br> <br> <br> <br> Friday<br> <br> Pre- Sanaa chat w/ Vincent from Namibia. Sanaa- bread service w/ all 9 sauces. Red sangria, red wine flight (Johannesburg) appetizer sampler- lamb slider, samosas, ch tikki- chickpea patties w/tomato chutney<br> Fav sauces-B-red chili sambal and tamarind chutney, A-pickled garlic and coconut chutney<br> Walked to Kidani Pool area-got squirted by a flower, but saw some different animals at that viewing area<br> Drinks by the pool-piña colava (raspberry swirled piña colada), big island iced tea (Long Island iced tea)<br> <br> Victoria falls lounge- Victoria falls mist, smoked turkey-mmmm cherries<br> <br> Boma dinner buffet- fufu (sweet/white potato mash) w/lentil soup, coconut seafood stew, sambal chicken corn chowder, pap w/lamb curry, pork shoulder, beef strip loin, Boma mustard slathered on everything. Masai Mara (African pesto). Salmon crusted w/tapanade good w/rice pilaf or couscous w/dried fruit. Watermelon rind pickles-very gingery. Slaw, salads weren’t anything special. Desserts- zebra dome,eh. Kenyan coffee tarts-yes. Guava pudding-good, sweet/sour, cassava cake-not too sweet but good. Hector talked about the different areas of Florida and gave us the recipe for Carrot Ginger Soup bc it was not on the buffet that day.<br> <br> After some reflection we are glad we have done Boma, but will go back to Sanaa for sure. $37.99 each for buffet but total bill for lunch $70 with tip.<br> <br> <br> Saturday<br> Breakfast at Kona- macadamia pineapple pancakes, the Samoan, berry smoothie, lilikoi juice.<br> <br> Bought AP, then toured MK. ETB, PotC, Tom Sawyer Island, BTMRR, SorMK, lunch at CHH-lighthouse sand, fried shrimp w/broccoli. HM<br> Epcot to meet Lindsay Stone- Pic w/ Pluto, Spaceship Earth, pics w/ Lindsay, Mickey Bar/Sandwich<br> <br> Hot tub @AKL, Disney transportation to MK, got to Contemporary early, got Blood Orange Mules, tried to call daughter, called for table quickly. Monterey room- could see illuminations, electrical water pageant from table<br> Beet &amp; Citrus salad, Spicy Kazan Roll, Tried some wines, Cline Cashmere-yes, Malbec a nogo, blended something was good, Pork 2 ways(tenderloins medallions w/goat cheese polenta, pork belly w/Apple) filet of beef w/tomato risotto, creme brûlée, chocolate pudding cake, wishes from balcony<br> <br> MK- celebrate the magic from new hub, TTA, buzz lightyear, secret walkway behind SM, dumbo, big top snacks, carousel, Peter Pan w/new queue, 7DMT, SM out of order, home by 3amDST<br> <br> Sunday<br> <br> AK- Everest twice, single rider, picked up WE booklet<br> <br> DHS- FP+-TT, RCC, lunch at HBD patio- Cobb salads, Wagyu burger (w/avocado, pastrami, fried egg), grapefruit cake, star tours Fp+, muppets 3d, headed home<br> <br> <br> May 22-30, 2015<br> Coronado Springs<br> 24 HR day-Dole whip float<br> dole whip w/rum<br> Everything not MK was new to Emma- she loves roller coasters<br>
