Summary: North Korea, South Korea, China, and Russia have correctly calculated Donald Trump will not be reelected. Therefore, their strategy is to placate until Trump vacates. In little more than two years, the world will happily welcome a new and hopefully more reasonable and rational U.S. leader to engage with. The restoration of sanity in the Oval Office will restore much-needed confidence and certainty that's been sorely lacking during these dark times the Trump administration brought upon the international community.
